We’re pleased to announce an important new chapter in the evolution of TERRA SUMMER: the acquisition of EXOSYSTÈME.
For more than 10 years, TERRA SUMMER has been designing and manufacturing solutions that help people make the most of their outdoor living spaces. Today, we’re taking that expertise even further by joining forces with EXOSYSTÈME, known for its personalized client support, design and project management expertise, as well as the installation of outdoor living solutions.
Two areas of expertise, one more complete offering
TERRA SUMMER will continue to design and manufacture its own outdoor living product line (louvered pergolas, motorized screens, privacy walls) . Our offering will now also include a selection of premium partner brands, along with a complete range of services to support our clients throughout their projects.

By bringing our teams and expertise together, we want to simplify the client experience and provide access, in one place, to the products, guidance and services needed to create exceptional outdoor living spaces.
This new structure will also allow us to continue our growth in Quebec, across Canada and in the United States.
A new TERRA SUMMER showroom in Montreal
This evolution comes with another important milestone: the opening of our new TERRA SUMMER showroom in Montreal on October 15, 2026.
This new space will allow clients to see, touch and discover our products and those of our partner brands, meet our team, and receive personalized guidance in planning their projects. The showroom will welcome both homeowners and professionals in architecture, design and construction.
What does this mean for EXOSYSTÈME clients?
The transition will take place gradually over the coming months. Current projects will continue as planned. Warranties will remain in effect, and service and after-sales support will continue to be provided.
The EXOSYSTÈME brand will gradually be integrated into TERRA SUMMER. We will communicate changes along the way to make the transition as seamless as possible for our clients and partners.
