Large Motorized Louvered Pergola

We had a very long, drawn-out experience working with our town on permits, etc. The support staff at Terra Summer could not have been more accommodating and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. We had amazing support from Marc, Jacques, and Marco on helping with construction. I would recommend this to anyone. On top of all the amazing customer support, the actual pergola itself is absolutely gorgeous. It's rare that something looks even better in person than in pictures you see online.

We reviewed almost every aluminum pergola on the market and were so thrilled to find Terra Summer! We were almost about to go with another option when we stumbled on the Terra Summer website. Being located in Southern California, I was a little worried about the idea of buying direct from a company way up in Canada. However, after speaking with Marc on several calls, in which he answered all my questions and took care to ensure we were guided to the right solution, I felt super confident we were in great hands. Our pergola was 14'6" x 12' 4" and 9' tall and attached to our house. Once our design and specs were locked in, the total construction took about 8 weeks with delivery another 10-14 days. The support team held our hand throughout the entire process. We were fortunate to find a local installation firm that had experience with aluminum pergolas and was able to assemble in less than 2 days. I cannot say enough great things about the quality of the pergola...it's amazing (and over HALF the cost of our other comparable option). The louvers open and close so easily with a remote. We opted for 2 of the larger Infratech heaters which keep the area perfectly warm. We are so thrilled with our purchase and final result!

Ours is one of the largest - 12' x 23'7" - but it came together beautifully! My social media friends and neighbors have been very complimentary. This is a new product, and I have been getting comments from some folks that they did not know moveable louvers are an option. There will be a learning curve - this is state-of-the-art. But the product is very well made and the support from Terra Summer was invaluable. The louvers open and close very quietly in less than a minute (for each direction). Ours has the LED lights running on the long sides and they are just the right brightness. Terra Summer was chosen by our contractor/engineer for its quality. We purchased it directly and Terra Summer kept us informed through the process. All of their staff have been wonderful, friendly, and responsive.

We are very pleased with our new pergola! The quality is outstanding. When we have had questions about anything from shipping to assembly the Terra Summer team has been quick to respond.
The Contractor who installed it for me told me it is a superior product to some of the other brands he has assembled. We are located in New Mexico and primarily interested in shade in our back patio that faces the west. I recommended this product to my family members. Great service.

We are incredibly enjoying and glad with our purchase. We ordered a free standing XL Pergola with motorized louvres and motorized screens for our patio. From the salesperson, design team to delivery and customer service assistance in installation was just a phenomenal process. Additionally, shipping from Canada to U.S. was seamless and fast. We have a local contractor who installed the pergola and the screens for us and the end result after installation is astonishing. We have received a lot compliments from house guests and neighbors. Also, I must say this: prior to our decision to go with Terra Summer products, we made enormous search online, and we are so glad with our decision. Their materials / products are truly high end and pleasant to the eyes. I will strongly recommend Terra Summer products to my network.
