That’s why we’re proud to announce our 2026 Annual Signature Project – Call for Proposals.
We are inviting architects, designers, builders, developers, and hospitality leaders to submit a commercial outdoor living project that will become our 2026 Signature Project—a public-facing showcase of elevated outdoor living, brought to life through collaboration, design expertise, and premium solutions.
What is the TERRA SUMMER Signature Project?
Each year, TERRA SUMMER selects a standout commercial project to serve as a benchmark for outdoor living excellence. The selected project is not sponsored. It is co-created. This partnership is designed to support a bold vision—from early concept through execution—while amplifying the completed space through professional content, PR, and digital storytelling.
Project eligibility
To be considered, proposed projects must meet all of the following criteria:

Accessible to the public (hospitality, office, mixed-use, rooftop, civic, or destination space)

Designed as a showcase for elevated outdoor living
